Living a healthy lifestyle while in college can improve your ability to focus and
achieve good grades, reduce stress levels, and support a healthy immune system. NWACC
offers a variety of fitness options such as health and physical education courses,
a fitness center on campus, club sports and cross country.

健身中心
NWACC's 健身中心 offers weight and aerobic machines, free weights and kettle balls for overall muscle building and 心血管调节。 W在课间或你最方便的时间锻炼。
The 健身中心 is located in Burns Hall, room 1458 and the locker facilities are located on the second floor at the west end in the men's and women's restrooms.
