当学生在校时，参观你计划去的校园。 Don't forget to inquire about visitor parking and make appropriate appointments ahead of time.

Talk with an advisor in your area of study if possible, however, there are limitations on the advice they can give if you if you have not yet been admitted. Until your transcripts are evaluated during the admission process, an institution cannot tell you exactly how many hours you need to finish your degree.
转让的定义
Make sure you understand how the institution defines "transfer" and that you fit the requirements for admission purposes. There is usually a minimum number of transfer credits required or you may be admitted as a freshman instead of a transfer student.

注意奖学金和注册截止日期。 In general, apply very early in the semester prior to your planned transfer. Check your transfer institution's deadline dates - you may need to apply earlier.

Pay attention to admission for particular majors and look for prerequisite courses for major requirements that you may be able to complete prior to transferring.

When requirements conflict among institutions, always follow the policies of the institution from which you plan to graduate.
