The cost for the CRA pre-requisite course MS Office is $568, the cost for the CRA pre-requisite Excel course is $612, and each core program CRA course is $687.

The CRA Program is a VA approved program to students who can provide a Certificate of Eligibility. Students who provide a Certificate of Eligibility, our 退伍军人资源办事处 will work with the VA in obtaining reimbursement for tuition costs. In addition, the CRA Program is approved for Workforce Investment Act, which provides funds to address the employment and training needs of adults, dislocated workers and youth.

退课/退款
- A request to drop or withdraw from a class must be made no later than three business days prior to the first class meeting. Students should complete the drop/withdrawal form by signing and dating it.
- 学生可在网上提交退学/退学表格。 Email retail@nwacc.edu to access the form.
- Refer to the NWACC academic calendar for last date to withdraw from the Retail Analyst Program classes to receive a “W” on transcript.

- Students may be eligible for a refund if they drop from classes within the specified refund periods according to college policy.

- Tuition and class fees paid by cash, check, or credit card will be refunded by check and mailed in approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
