报告COVID-19病例
To keep our college community informed, NWACC is monitoring positive COVID-19 cases at its Bentonville and Springdale locations and is posting weekly notifications below. NWACC is also working closely with public health officials to process positive cases and notify those who were in close contact with the diagnosed individual(s).
The case information listed below includes individuals who have been confirmed as
having been at an NWACC location and have tested positive for COVID-19.

9.27.20
NWACC was notified that a college member has tested positive for COVID-19 and limited potential exposure has occurred on campus. The college member has isolated, according to 疾病预防控制中心 and local public health guidelines. Contact tracing is being coordinated through NWACC’s Human Resources and UAMS. Those in the college community who may have been 暴露/ come into close contact with the positive case have been notified directly and given further instructions to prevent the spread. Additional and thorough disinfection of college areas also occurred immediately.
As part of Clery行为 requirements for all colleges, NWACC is required to send this initial Emergency Notification* to students and employees of a positive COVID-19 case(s) at NWACC that has caused limited potential exposure to other college members.

With the increase in COVID-19 cases in our local community and state, please remember to continue to strengthen your 个人健康防护:
- It is encouraged to wear a face covering over one’s mouth and nose at NWACC, especially in public places where 6 feet of separation is not feasible

哪些症状可能与COVID-19有关？
People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of 症状 reported – ranging from mild 症状 to severe illness. 症状可能在接触病毒后2-14天出现。 People with these 症状 may have COVID-19:

我什么时候应该接受COVID-19检测？
Get tested if you are experiencing COVID-19 症状 – fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of smell or taste, etc. 不来校园 and contact your supervisor/ instructor to notify them of 症状 and/or positive test results.
