NWACC is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for minors who are participating in the college's programs.
All NWACC employees and volunteers should immediately report known or suspected child maltreatment to the state of Arkansas Child Abuse Hotline and to the NWACC Police and Public Safety Department.
If any college employee or volunteer reasonably suspects or observes child maltreatment, they should immediately do the following (and must do the following if a mandated reporter):
- Report, as required by state law, the suspected maltreatment to the state’s Child Abuse Hotline at 800-482-5964. 该热线是免费的,每天24小时工作人员。

- After receiving a report of suspected maltreatment, NWACC's campus police should promptly coordinate an appropriate response with state officials and local law enforcement, as appropriate. In addition, campus police should notify the appropriate supervisors of programs involved in the allegations.
