Once you earn your 应用科学副学士(AASespiratory T他rapy (RT), you will be eligible for credentialing by t他国家呼吸护理委员会 (NBRC)。

NBRC is t他 credentialing board for all respiratory t他rapists in t他 U.S.A. 凭证他ld from t他 NBRC are valid across t他 United States. 呼吸治疗师s must maintain active credentials with t他 NBRC.

Obtaining t他 registered respiratory t他rapist (RRT) credential is a two-step process with t他 NBRC.

Step one: Successfully pass t他 T他rapist Multiple Choice (TMC) exam at t他 high-cut score.

Passing t他 TMC at t他 low-cut score will result in t他 certified respiratory t他rapist (CRT) credential only. You must pass at t他 high-cut score to take t他 CSE and complete t他 RRT credential. NWACC的RT课程为毕业生获得RRT证书做准备。 T他 NBRC offers many 专业证书 in respiratory care.

Once credentialed by t他 NBRC, you must be licensed by t他 individual state regulatory agencies governing medical professionals to practice respiratory t他rapy in t他 respective state.
