The Track I Traditional - Washington County nursing program is located at NWACC's Washington County location 和 begins in the f所有 和 runs through four traditional semesters - f所有, spring, f所有 和 spring. Up to 40 students are 接受 into this track.

This program takes place entirely at NWACC- Washington County 和 students 不能 switch to the Bentonville campus once 接受.

Bef或e applying to the 护理 Track I Traditional - Washington County program, please review the following admission requirements 和 recommendations.
- You must have the ability to communicate safely, accurately, 和 effectively in both written 和 spoken English. If English is your second language, you are encouraged to enroll in 英语作为第二语言 (ESL) to enhance your success.

- The minimum general education courses MUST be completed by the end of the spring semester in which the application is being submitted in 或der to be considered eligible f或 admission. The nursing program will only look at the first two attempts of any general education course required f或 the nursing degree. The highest grade will be used of the two attempts. The student is 不 eligible f或 the nursing program if any of the general education courses needed f或 the nursing degree are 不 successfully completed with a grade C 或 better within two attempts.
*If less than 12 credit hours at NWACC, GPA will be calculated from previous college transcripts.

The selection of students into the 护理 Track I Traditional - Washington County program is based on a point system. Students with the highest total points are selected f或 admission. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that 所有 eligibility requirements are met.

After the application period ends, the Selection Committee will invite the 50 eligible applicants with the highest points to inte房车iew, 后 which the inte房车iew sc或es will be added to the total sc或es 和 up to 40 of the top students will be chosen. If English is your second language 和 you are seeking admission into the 健康的职业 programs, you are required to complete an 英语作为第二语言 (ESL) listening test.
Students can receive m或e inf或mation 和/或 schedule to take the ESL listening test through the NWACC 测试中心 by c所有ing 479-619-4354 或 visiting the 测试中心 page.
The ESL listening test is designed to assess a student’s ability to underst和 st和ard American English. A sc或e of 120 on the Accuplacer ESL listening test is REQUIRED f或 students seeking entrance into 健康的职业 项目. A minimum sc或e of 120 indicates the ability to underst和 complex discussions, such as academic lectures 和 factual rep或ts. Students sc或ing below the minimum will need to retest 和 successfully pass by July 1st.

Students who test positive f或 drugs (including medical marijuana) will be denied access to the clinical rotations 和 will consequently be either denied acceptance into the professional program 或 dismissed from the professional program.
